Lugendorf is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Sallingberg in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 34 building areas with 18,648 m² and 16 gardens on 1,292 m² in the Lugendorf cadastral community , in 1989/1990 there were 36 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 91 and in 2009/2010 there were 50 buildings on 96 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 272 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 285 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 244 hectares and 305 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 235 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 306 hectares. The average soil climate number of Lugendorf is 24.4 (as of 2010).
