Voitschlag is a village and a cadastral municipality in the municipality of Sallingberg in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 37 building areas with 20,604 m² and 14 gardens on 2,904 m² in the cadastral community Voitschlag , in 1989/1990 there were 34 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 95 and in 2009/2010 there were 49 buildings on 103 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 248 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of the year 1979/1980 and 105 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 221 hectares and 130 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 208 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 134 hectares. The average floor climate of Voitschlag is 28.2 (as of 2010).
