Márcio de Souza Gregório Júnior or short Marcinho (born May 14, 1986 in Volta Redonda ) is a Brazilian football player .

Career

Marcinho went through the youth department of Volta Redonda FC and started his professional career here in 2004. After four years with this club, he then played for the Brazilian clubs Brasiliense FC , EC Noroeste and Corinthians São Paulo , before he played abroad for the first time in 201 when he moved to the South Korean club Gyeongnam FC . In the same year he returned to Brazil and played here one after the other for various clubs.

In 2012 he tried his luck abroad for the second time by moving to the Bulgarian club CSKA Sofia . After one and a half seasons he moved on to the Russian club FK Ufa .

He then played for the second half of the 2016/17 season, he moved to the Turkish first division club Gaziantepspor and played here for half a season. In August 2017 he joined NorthEast United FC in India. He finished the 2017/18 season with his team in last place. Since mid-2018, he played for Criciúma EC in the Brazilian Série B .
