The house at Mühltalstraße 30 is a building in Darmstadt-Eberstadt .

History and description

The house was built around 1890 . Stylistically, the house belongs to the Wilhelminian era . The gable , two-story small town building has a hipped gable roof . The facade facing Mühltalstrasse is faced with yellow clinker bricks; with a jagged frieze in the verge . In the bel étage there is a bulbous metal balcony on baroque , cast iron consoles . There are decorative sandstone cornices between the first and second floors . The building stands on a gray natural stone base . On the street side there is a front garden with a fine corner gazebo made of wood . A simple wrought iron bar fence with cast iron spikes delimits the property.
