The MHP management and IT consulting GmbH (2016: Mieschke Hofmann und Partner Society for Management and IT Consulting mbH (MHP) ) is a consulting firm with headquarters in Baden-Württemberg in Ludwigsburg . MHP is 81.8 percent a subsidiary of Porsche AG ; the remaining 18.2 percent is held by the MHP co- founder and current chairman of the management board, Ralf Hofmann .
MHP is one of the leading process and IT consultancies and has recorded continuous growth since it was founded in 1996.

history

After it was founded in May 1996 by Ralf Hofmann and Lutz Mieschke, Porsche AG acquired a 51 percent stake in MHP at the end of 1998. From then on, the company is a subsidiary of Porsche AG. In the meantime, Porsche AG has increased its investment to 81.8 percent.

service

The focus of the consulting service is on the automotive industry (automotive manufacturers, suppliers, dealers and importers). Strategic innovations can also be transferred to other industries. On an international level, MHP looks after its customers both strategically and operationally.

Sponsorship

The company supports selected projects and teams as a sponsor. Since September 2012 the company has also given its name to the MHPArena , in which u. a. the Bundesliga basketball team MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg plays its home games.

Since July 2015 MHP has been the main and shirt sponsor of the regional soccer division Stuttgarter Kickers .
