Maja Ring Kildemoes (born August 15, 1996 in Næsby ) is a Danish football player . The player, who can be used in defense and midfield, played in Damallsvenskan for Linköpings FC from 2017 to 2018 and in the Danish national team since 2015 .

Kildemoes first played for Næsby BK in her hometown. In 2013 she moved to Odense BK , who had won the Danish championship in 2000 and 2001 and reached the cup final in 2014 , but lost 3-1 to Brøndby IF . In 2016, the women's department founded its own club, Odense Q, due to a lack of support from the club . For the 2017 season she moved to the Swedish champions Linköpings FC . On May 24, 2017, she scored four goals in a 5-1 victory in the league game against Kopparbergs / Göteborg FC . After the 2018 season, she left the club.

National teams

On March 22 and 24, 2011, she had her first appearances in the Danish U-17 team against Norway, but lost both games (0: 4 and 1: 2). After two games in the second qualifying round for the 2011 U-17 Women's European Football Championship in April, which was unsuccessful, she had her first appearance in the Danish U-16 team on May 13, 2011, with which she then played in Participated in the Nordic Cup 2011 in July . After two friendly matches with the U-17 team in September against Wales, which were won 3-0 and 5-0, they took part in the first round of qualifying for the 2012 U-17 European Championship . While they were group winners in the first round in Macedonia with three wins and 12-0 goals, they could only win in the second round against defending champions Germany , where they scored the 2-1 winner with their first international goal. Against Belgium and the Netherlands, however, it was only enough to draw. This made them unbeaten third in the group and, like the defending champions, missed the finals. With 26 games, she ended her time in the U-17 team as a record national player.

On September 3 and 5, 2013, she played for the U-19 team for the first time. Both games in Switzerland against the Swiss ended 1: 1. In the same month she came to two appearances in the first qualifying round for the U-19 European Championship 2014 , in which the team qualified for the second round. In this round, which took place in Finland in April 2014, they only managed to win 2: 2 points against the hosts, and they lost 1-0 to England and Serbia. In September 2014, with the U-19 team in Baku , she survived the first qualifying round for the 2015 U-19 European Women's Football Championship with three wins . In the second round in April 2015 they were also able to win all three games and qualify for the finals of the U-19 European Championship. In Israel, however, they lost the first two games against France and the eventual winners Sweden 0-1 and then only won the meaningless third game against the hosts 2-1. With this victory, her time in the junior women's teams ended on July 21, 2015.

On September 17, 2015, she made her first appearance in the national team in a friendly against Romania when she came on in the 69th minute for Janni Arnth Jensen and two minutes later with her first international goal she scored 1-0. Leadership achieved (final score 2-0). In three of the next four games, including two European Championship qualifiers, she was also substituted on. At the 2016 January training camp in Turkey , she played for the first time over 90 minutes against the Netherlands on January 25 . It was also taken into account for the 2016 Algarve Cup . But she was only substituted in in two group games and the game for 7th place. The next European Championship qualifiers took place without her, instead she played her only game for the U-23 team on August 10, 2016, which was won 5-1 against Finland. At the Algarve Cup 2017 , she had a 90-minute mission against the hosts and in the second half of the game for third place against Australia . She was substituted on in the following three test matches and nominated for the 2017 European Championship finals in June . There she was used in five games. In the first group match she was substituted on in the 59th minute and received a yellow card 30 minutes later . In the second game she was substituted on five minutes later, but this time received a yellow card just 13 minutes later, which meant she was suspended for the last group game. In the quarter-finals against Germany, which the Danes won 2-1, she was in the starting line-up for the first time in the tournament, but was substituted in the 66th minute when the score was 1-1. In the semifinals against Austria she was again in the starting line-up, but this time she only played 52 minutes and received her third yellow card in the 36th minute, making her the only player to receive three yellow cards in the course of the tournament. The Danes then prevailed on penalties and were thus in the final of a major official tournament for the first time. Here they met the hosts again and Maja was also in the starting line-up, but was replaced in the 61st minute at 2: 3 for striker Frederikke Thøgersen . But this could not turn the game around and in the end their team lost 2: 4. In the subsequent qualification for the 2019 World Cup, she made four appearances. The Danes ultimately failed in the playoffs to European champions Netherlands.
