The group had their second studio album, slam, in the Skyline Studios and recorded the Power Station Studios and Nile Rodgers produce can. As the first single from the album, Make It Easy was released, but only released in the USA. The single was released on record and cassette single , but no remix was released. The title Come Alive , which is not on the album, was chosen as the B-side ; on the cassette version, page 1 and page 2 each contained both songs.
