Manfred Fink

Manfred Fink (* 1958 in Frankfurt am Main ) is a German opera singer ( tenor ). He is a member of the ensemble of the Deutsche Oper am Rhein in Düsseldorf .

Life

Fink grew up in the Karben district of Petterweil . As a teenager he attended the Bad Vilbel music school . Before his training as an opera singer, Fink tried his hand at pop singers under the stage names Marc Martin and Manfred Rosen . After his talent was discovered, he studied classical singing in Frankfurt am Main and Modena .

In 1981 the artist joined the ensemble of the Deutsche Oper am Rhein in Düsseldorf as an opera tenor . In 1983 he was awarded the sponsorship prize of the city of Düsseldorf. Guest appearances have taken the singer to all major German opera stages and to international appearances at La Scala in Milan , the Vienna State Opera and other well-known opera houses in Europe, North America and Japan.
