Mantas Kalnietis (born September 6, 1986 in Kaunas ) is a Lithuanian basketball player . He plays in the position of point guard . He is 1.95 m tall and weighs 93 kg (2010).

Kalnietis played two and a half seasons at LKKA-Žalgiris with 17.7 points, 4.4 rebounds and 4.3 assists in the second season. Since 2006 he played for Žalgiris Kaunas (5.9 points, 2 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game in the first season). The biggest success for Kalnietis was in the 2008-09 season (11.3 points in the LKL and 8.5 points and 3.0 assists in the ULEB Euroleague ).

Kalnietis signed a three-year contract with Benetton Treviso in June 2009 , although he was still under contract with Žalgiris Kaunas. The sports court FIBA ​​decided that he had to fulfill his contract with Žalgiris Kaunas . Overall, Kalnietis played for Žalgiris from 2006 to 2012.
