history

As a result of the administrative reforms carried out in the Kingdom of Bavaria at the beginning of the 19th century , the place became part of the independent rural community of Klingen , which also included eleven other districts. At the beginning of the 1960s Mantlach had 25 inhabitants. This took place before the dissolution of the municipality of Klingen, which was not incorporated into the city of Hemau until 1978 .
