The wasteland Streithäusl is a district of the Painten market in the Lower Bavarian district of Kelheim .
geography
The wasteland , which consists of two properties, is a little more than a kilometer north-northeast of the center of Painten and is at an altitude of 536 m above sea level. NHN in the eastern part of the southern Franconian Alb . The place is located in the south-eastern part of the historical Tangrintel area , a predominantly wooded plateau that lies between the rivers of the Altmühl and the Schwarzen Laber .
history
As a result of the administrative reforms carried out in the Kingdom of Bavaria at the beginning of the 19th century , the village became part of the independent rural community of Rothenbügl , which also included the wasteland Wasenhütte in the west and the village of Viergstetten in the east.

The connection to the public road network is made by a dirt road that connects Streithäusl with the outskirts of Painten, about half a kilometer away.
