Yla Margrit von Dach Guesnon (also: Margrit von Dach , born June 24, 1946 in Lyss , Canton Bern ) is a Swiss writer and translator .

Life

Yla Margrit von Dach completed a teacher training seminar in Bern . She then worked as a journalist . She attended the School for Applied Linguistics in Zurich , from which she graduated with a diploma . Stays in Bern, Paris and Biel followed . In 1980 she took part in the Ingeborg Bachmann Competition in Klagenfurt . The author now lives in Paris and Biel.

Yla Margrit von Dach is the author of narrative works. But mainly she translates from French .

Yla Margrit von Dach is a member of the Association of Authors of Switzerland .
