Daser made his professional debut on May 21, 2009. By October he fought six times in the ring, six times he won. Nevertheless, he was dissatisfied because he had to work for Suttner for free. He was involved in several brawls that resulted in an 11 month prison term. One of Horst Seehofer addressed clemency was rejected, so he served the entire sentence. Through this experience he ventured a fresh start and concentrated entirely on boxing. In the summer of 2011 he won four more fights. But Daser stopped and became the managing director of the gravel works founded by his father . In 2016, after training with the Hamburg boxing promoter Erol Ceylan, the comeback followed, which he won on points against the Swede Alexander Todorovic . This was followed by two more wins against Drazan Janjanin and Ola Afolabi .

In 2018 he won a boxing match in Trabzon over Claudio Morroni Porto .

In addition to boxing, he is still the manager of a gravel plant. He is also involved in real estate in Dubrovnik and Augsburg .

In August 2019, Mario Daser was arrested in Unterallgäu on suspicion of serious fraud and placed in custody. This is related to his work as "Attaché for Culture and Sport" of the Embassy of Guinea-Bissau. Together with two other men, Daser had tried to get a Bavarian meat entrepreneur to invest 1.5 million euros in an export deal in order to supposedly gain access to the meat market in Guinea-Bissau and other countries. In addition, the meat entrepreneur was promised to make him Ambassador of Guinea-Bissau and to grant him corresponding privileges such as diplomatic status. After a certain period of time, he filed a complaint against Mario Daser, as after his preliminary investment of 800,000 euros nothing was going on in the deal.
