Mark Kenny Carroll (born November 19, 1896 in St. Louis , Missouri , USA ; † January 12, 1985 in Wichita , Kansas ) was a Roman Catholic clergyman and bishop of Wichita .

Life

Mark Kenny Carroll received the sacrament of ordination for the Archdiocese of Saint Louis on June 10, 1922 .

On February 15, 1947, Pope Pius XII appointed him . to the Bishop of Wichita. The Archbishop of Saint Louis, Joseph Elmer Ritter , donated him episcopal ordination on April 23 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Indianapolis , Paul Clarence Schulte , and the Bishop of Leavenworth , George Joseph Donnelly . On September 27, 1967, Mark Carroll Kenny resigned as Bishop of Wichita and Pope Paul VI. appointed him titular bishop of Taparura .
