Markus Wallner (born October 27, 1996 ) is an Austrian soccer player .

Career

Wallner began his career at USK Obertrum . In 2006 he moved to FC Red Bull Salzburg . In 2013 he went to AKA Austria Vienna . In the summer of 2013 he moved to the second team of SV Grödig . In 2014 he moved to third division club SV Austria Salzburg , with whom he rose to professional football in 2015. He made his debut in the second division in February 2016 .

After Salzburg's relegation to the regional league, he returned to SV Grödig in the summer of 2016, which is now also playing in the regional league .

For the 2017/18 season he moved to league rival USK Anif . In February 2019 it was awarded to the second-class second team of FC Wacker Innsbruck . He was permanently signed for the 2019/20 season and moved into the first team's squad.
