Alexander Eckmayr (born July 6, 1999 ) is an Austrian soccer goalkeeper .
Career
Eckmayr began his career at FC Wacker Tirol , which was renamed FC Wacker Innsbruck in 2007 . From 2013 he also played in AKA Tirol , where he was last used in 2017.
In May 2016, he was against Schwarz-Weiß Bregenz for the first time in the amateur squad of his regular club Wacker Innsbruck. In June 2016 he made his debut for them in the regional league when he was in the starting line-up against the amateurs of SCR Altach on matchday 30 of the 2015/16 season .
In May 2018 Eckmayr was against Floridsdorfer AC for the first time in the professional squad, but was not used. At the end of the 2017/18 season, he was promoted to the second division with the Innsbruck team as well as to the Bundesliga with the first team .
After promotion, he made his debut in the second-highest division in February 2019 when he was in the starting line-up against FC Juniors OÖ on matchday 16 of the 2018/19 season. For the 2019/20 season he moved into the first team of Wacker Innsbruck.
