Lukas Hupfauf (born September 11, 1996 in Austria ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Hupfauf began his career at SV Matrei . In 2008 he moved to Innsbruck AC . After playing for SVG Reichenau , he joined AKA Tirol in 2010 .

In January 2014 he switched to the amateurs of FC Wacker Innsbruck . He made his debut in the Regionalliga in March 2014 against SV Seekirchen 1945 .

In October 2015, Hupfauf was part of the professional squad for the first time. He made his debut in the second division in May 2017 when he came on as a substitute for Felipe Dorta on matchday 35 of the 2016/17 season against SV Horn in the 79th minute .

In June 2017 he received a professional contract. With Innsbruck he was promoted to the Bundesliga in 2018 . With Wacker he had to relegate from the Bundesliga in 2019.
