Marsopstrasse 14 (Munich)
The Marsopstrasse 14 building in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital, Munich , was built around 1895. The villa , which was part of the first development of the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected monument .
The two-storey gable roof building in the country house style with wooden balconies and a boarded gable was built by the August Exter office. It corresponds to a type from the office's catalog of houses and was used in many different ways (see also: Marsopstrasse 12 and Marsopstrasse 22 ).
