Martha Beindorff

Martha Beindorff (born Linnfeld ; born February 21, 1903 in Düsseldorf , † November 9, 2007 in Allerhop ) was a German motor sportsman .

Life

Born in the German Empire , Martha Linnfeld married the engineer and factory owner's son Kurt Beindorff in the Weimar Republic in 1923, the year of German hyperinflation .

Martha Beindorff was the seventh woman in Hanover to have a driver's license. She was a successful motor sportsperson and Vice President of the German Ladies Automobile Club , DDAC.

For decades Beindorff also held the function of - honorary - secretary of the "Friends of TiHo" (the University of Veterinary Medicine Hannover ).
