Martin Pfeiffer (born June 30, 1961 in Großen-Buseck ) is a German singer , lyricist , composer and music producer . Since 2015 he has been a singer of children's songs .

Live and act

Martin Pfeiffer was born the son of an electrician and an office worker. He began playing guitar at the age of 15 and formed his first band, Sunrize . In the early 1980s he founded u. a. with his brother Tom, the band Linus . The guitarist became singer and front man Martin Pfeiffer.

Linus was successful with self-written German songs in the Central Hessian area. During the vinyl and CD productions with the band, Pfeiffer gained his first experience in various recording studios. At the same time he completed his diploma as a communications engineer.

After the band split up in 1992, he started his solo career under the name Pfeiffer . He released two albums under that name, toured with the band of the same name by the Republic and played in 2001 in the opening act of the Open Air tour of Pur . After an unplugged tour in 2003, he ended his stage career and worked as a producer from then on. As early as 1994, Martin Pfeiffer founded a recording studio , label and music publisher under the name BÄNG . In addition to his two solo albums, BÄNG realized and published numerous productions with regional and national artists. In 2015 Pfeiffer was asked to produce a children's song catalog with old and new children's song classics. Since then he has produced over 200 children's songs.

Since 2016 he has been on the road live with his program “Kinderlieder-Party” and performs around 80 performances annually in the entire German-speaking region.

Martin Pfeiffer has been committed to UNICEF children's rights since 2017. In collaboration with the Kinderschutzbund he wrote the title “The children around the world”, which brings children closer to the subject of children's rights. Since then, the song has been used in the workshops of the Child Protection Association.
