Martina Ambrosi (born April 7, 2001 ) is an Italian ski jumper .

Career

Martina Ambrosi has been taking part in competitions of the Alpine Ski Jumping Cup since 2016 , for the first time on August 7th and 8th, 2016 in Klingenthal , where she finished 38th and 37th. Since then, further competitions have followed regularly. Her best placement so far (as of March 2020) was a third place in Chaux-Neuve on March 11, 2018, which was also her first and so far only podium finish. Her debut in the FIS Cup took place in Breitenberg on February 10 and 11, 2018 .

On December 13 and 14, 2019, she competed in the Continental Cup for the first time in Notodden ; here she finished 33th and 32nd. In January 2020, at the competitions of Rena with a 29th and a 24th place, she got her first top 30 placements in the Continental Cup and at the same time her first Continental Cup points. On January 18, 2020, when she started as part of the Italian team in the Yamagata team competition, she also made her debut in the ski jumping World Cup , where she finished seventh together with Elena Runggaldier , Manuela Malsiner and Lara Malsiner .
