Martti Juhkami (born June 6, 1988 in Rakvere ) is an Estonian volleyball player .

Career

Juhkami came to volleyball through his father and began his career at the age of eight with his hometown club Aeroc Rakvere. In 2009 he moved to Tartu Pere Leib. In 2011, the outside attacker was runner-up with the club and a year later he won the title. In addition, Tartu was in the cup final in 2012 and won the Baltic Schenker League. Then Juhkami went to Selver Tallinn . With the new club he was also Estonian champion in 2013. In 2013 he was signed by the German Bundesliga club TV Bühl . With the club he reached the semifinals in the DVV Cup and in the Bundesliga playoffs in the 2013/14 season . Juhkami then moved to Hypo Tirol volleyball team Innsbruck , with whom he became Austrian champion in the 2014/15 season and won the Central European MEVZA league. With the Estonian national team he took part in the 2015 European Championship . He then moved to the French club Rennes Volleys 35. In the 2016/17 season he played again in Innsbruck and was again champion. He then moved to France to Tourcoing Lille Métropole Volley-Ball . With Lille he won the national cup in 2018. In 2019 Juhkami moved to the German Bundesliga club VfB Friedrichshafen .
