Mathieu Madega Lebouankehan (born July 6, 1960 in Mbigou ) is a Gabonese clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Mouila .

Life

Mathieu Madega Lebouankehan was ordained a priest on July 1, 1990 .

On February 17, 2000, John Paul II appointed him auxiliary bishop in Libreville and titular bishop of Zallata . The Apostolic Nuncio in the Republic of the Congo and Gabon , Archbishop Mario Roberto Cassari , donated him - together with Jean-Vincent Ondo Eyene - the episcopal ordination on September 21 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Basile Mvé Engone SDB , Archbishop of Libreville, and André Fernand Anguilé , Old Archbishop of Libreville.

On March 19, 2003, the Pope appointed him first bishop of the diocese of Port-Gentil , which was established on the same date . On January 19, 2013, the appointment as Bishop of Mouila by Pope Benedict XVI followed.
