Max Radestock (* 1988 in Rostock ) is a German actor .

Life

Max Radestock grew up in Marburg . He made his first stage experiences as a member of the youth theater club, to which he belonged until 2008, and as a small actor at the Marburg State Theater . In 2008 he graduated from high school, then did his community service and then began studying political science .

From 2011 to 2015 he studied acting at the "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" Academy of Music and Theater ("Hans Otto" Acting Institute ) in Leipzig . He completed his studies in the 2014/15 season with a year of practical studies at the New Theater in Halle . He has been a permanent member of the Bühnen Halle ensemble since the 2015/16 season.

At the beginning of his career his stage roles included a. a. Oliver de Boys in As You Like It (Summer Theater 2013 in the Leipzig Grassimuseum , director: Antje Weber), furthermore at the Neues Theater the son Damis in Tartuffe (2013/14 season, director: Matthias Brenner , with Alexander Gamnitzer and Hilmar Eichhorn as partners) and the former student and robber Roller in Die Räuber (2013/14 season, director: Antje Weber).

In the 2014/15 season he was the disappointed, formerly Nazi -minded actor Hans Miklas in a stage version of the novel Mephisto by Klaus Mann . In the 2015/16 season he took over the Romeo in Romeo and Juliet . In the 2016/17 season he played the groom in the Brecht play The Petit Bourgeois Wedding . In the 2017/18 season he performed at the stages in Halle a. a. as Dimitrij Prokofjitsch Rasumichin in Schuld und Atonement (premiere: February 2016, director: Matthias Brenner), as Henry / Felix in a Frankenstein stage version (premiere: February 2017) and as Gernot in Die Nibelungen (premiere: September 2017, director: Matthias Brenner). He also played the title character in Robins Glück im Unglück , a one-person children's play by Tove Appelgren . In January 2018 Radestock belonged at the New Theater Hall for five-member ensemble premiere of Peter Handke's stage play Publikumsbeschimpfung .

Radestock also stood in front of the camera for a number of film and television roles. In the documentary series Tatort Berlin produced by rbb , he portrayed Werner Gladow , the youthful boss of the notorious Gladow gang ; He also played the burglar Franz Sass ( Brothers Sass ), who, together with his brother, became well known in the Weimar Republic . Radstock played a supporting role in the ZDF “Herzkino” television series Ella Schön , which was first broadcast in April 2018 and which focuses on Annette Frier as an Asperger's autist ; He played the swimming instructor David, who is expecting a child with the wife of his best friend Marko ( Artjom Gilz ).
