Hilmar Eichhorn

Hilmar Eichhorn (born August 18, 1954 in Dresden ) is a German actor .

Life

Hilmar Eichhorn, who comes from Dresden, did an apprenticeship as a machinist and completed a degree at the State Drama School in Berlin , followed by engagements at venues in Magdeburg , Halle (Saale) and Leipzig . In 1978 he embodied the title character in Lothar Warneke's DEFA feature film Addio, piccola mia in the film biography of the poet Georg Büchner's final years . Further film and television assignments for DEFA and for television in the GDR followed. With the fall of the Wall in 1990, he was also known to a broader German audience through various roles in film and television.

In the episodes of ARD Radio Tatort produced by MDR , he speaks to investigator Jost Fischer.

Eichhorn lives in Freital near Dresden.
