The Theaterverlag Hofmann-Paul is in Berlin -based publisher of plays of all genres , musicals and librettos . The publishing director is Ulrike Hofmann-Paul , who founded the publishing house in 1998 .

The publishing program mainly includes contemporary authors and plays in the genres of drama , comedy , children's and youth plays , musical theater , libretto and classroom plays , as well as arrangements of classical works and translations . A large part of the program consists of pieces from the Scandinavian region as well as pieces for children's and youth theater. The theater publisher Hofmann-Paul is a member of ASSITEJ Federal Republic of Germany eV , the international association of theater for children and young people.

In 2008 the Hofmann-Paul theater publisher celebrated its tenth anniversary . In addition to the authors, well-known actors such as Ingo Brosch and Anna Brüggemann took part in the staged readings taking place throughout Berlin, including in the Nordic embassies .
