Maximilian Pekrul

Maximilian Pekrul (* 1989 in Neuruppin , Neuruppin district ) is a German actor .

Life

Maximilian Pekrul grew up in Neuruppin. From 2010 to 2014 he completed his acting studies at the "Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy" University of Music and Theater in Leipzig .

From 2012 to 2014 he was a member of the studio at the Centraltheater Leipzig during his studies , where he appeared in productions by Ulrich Rasche , Martina Eitner-Acheampong , Sebastian Hartmann and Enrico Lübbe . In 2014 he was a guest at the Bad Hersfeld Festival . There he played the former carter and now henchman Utz Käffli in Die Wanderhure and the commissarius and "sly villain" Rodrigo Rodriguez in Don Quixote (based on motifs by Cervantes ).

From the 2014/15 season until 2017, he was a permanent member of the ensemble at the Oldenburg State Theater. Here he stepped u. a. in the roles of Jossi / Orwar in Die Brüder Löwenherz , as Jack Seward in Dracula , as Feste, der Farr, in Was ihr wollt , as Mr. Semmelrogge in Titanic and in the title role of a stage version of Goethe's epistolary novel The Sorrows of Young Werther . He also played there in the 2015/16 season in the world premiere of the play Five Holes in Heaven by Rocko Schamoni . Since the 2017/18 season he has continued to be a guest at the Staatstheater Oldenburg. a. as Werther.

Pekrul also worked in film and television productions, u. a. in a continuous supporting role in the thriller series Beat (2018), with. In the hospital series In all Friendship - The Nurses (broadcast from November 2018), an offshoot of the series In all Friendship and In All Friendship - The Young Doctors , Pekrul played an episode role in the role of Enno Schiefke; he embodied an old buddy from the family environment of the main cast carer Kiran Petrescu ( Daniel Rodic ). In the 8th season of the ZDF television series Last Trace Berlin (2019), Pekrul took on one of the episode roles as a suspect, left-wing extremist friend of a missing young woman. In the 23rd season of the TV series All Friendship (2019), Pekrul had a dramatic episode lead role as a fitness influencer suffering from testicular cancer .
