Michael Guggemos
Michael Guggemos (born October 28, 1956 in Ulm ) is a German politician and trade unionist .
Life
Guggemos grew up in Ehingen (Danube) and then studied empirical cultural studies, political science and economics in Tübingen . From 1986 to 1988 he was federal chairman of the Young Socialists ( Jusos ). From 1999 to 2007 he was head of the IG Metall office in the capital . Between 2008 and 2013 he coordinated the board duties at the board of IG Metall in Frankfurt am Main .
Since January 2014 he has acted as spokesman for the management of the Hans Böckler Foundation .
