Michael Kuehl
Michael N. Kühl , also Michael N. Kuehl , (born December 9, 1987 in Bassum ) is a German actor and speaker .
Life
Michael Kühl lived in Sulingen until he was three years old . His family moved to Bogotá in Colombia in 1991 , where his father worked as a pastor in a German congregation until 1999 . There he attended the German School - Colegio Andino . Back in Germany he lived in Hanover , where he graduated from high school in 2007 and then began studying business administration at the University of Göttingen . However, he dropped out after a year to devote himself to acting. He is fluent in Spanish and English .
He came to the Junge Schauspiel Hannover in 2007 through an audition , where he worked until 2010 a. a. when Mercutio took part in Romeo and Juliet . This production was selected as part of the Berlin Festival , together with four other productions from almost 150 applications for the theater festival “Liebe Macht Tot (d)”.
He gained his first shooting experience in 2008 in the English-language movie House of Boys , where he starred alongside Stephen Fry and Udo Kier as Christopher. Since then he has appeared in various film and television roles. From 2015 to 2017 he played the role of David Hofer in the ARD series Sturm der Liebe .
Since 2012 he has been working regularly with the acting teacher Fernando Piernas in Madrid .
