Michael Sarach (* 1953 in Elsfleth ) is a German politician ( SPD ). He has been the mayor of the Schleswig-Holstein city ​​of Ahrensburg since 2010 .

Life

Michael Sarach grew up in Hamburg . After graduating from high school, he trained with the financial administration of the city of Hamburg. He has the title of Diplom-Finanzwirt (FH) . He initially worked for the financial administration in Hamburg, then in the regional finance directorate , the judicial authority and the audit office .
