Michael Serr (born July 14, 1962 in Landau / Pfalz ) is a former German soccer goalkeeper .

Career

Serr played at ASV Landau and Phoenix Bellheim until 1985 . From 1986 to 1993 he was goalkeeper for Bundesliga club 1. FC Kaiserslautern and played a total of 54 Bundesliga games. At FCK he was mostly in the shadow of Gerry Ehrmann . In 1987/88 , 1989/90 and 1992/93 he was number 1, each for a part of the season. After that, he played another year for 1. FC Saarbrücken in the 2nd division (ten missions) and in 2003 became goalkeeping coach at SV Darmstadt 98 .

Today Michael Serr is managing director of Pro European Sports Management GmbH and there as a player consultant, among others for Florian Fromlowitz , Sascha Kotysch and Marcel Ziemer .
