Between 2012 and 2013 Meijer played almost no competitions due to a knee injury. In 2014 she represented Sweden at the European Team Championships in Braunschweig . In 2015 she finished ninth in the final of the European Indoor Championships and won the silver medal among her compatriot Bengtsson at the U23 European Championships . At a meeting in Gothenburg in July 2017, she improved Angelica Bengtsson's Swedish record of 4.70 m by one centimeter and thus qualified for the World Championships in London .
