The 13th Junior World Athletics Championships took place from July 19-25 , 2010 at Moncton Stadium in Moncton . Canada hosted World Junior Athletics Championships for the second time since 1988. The council meeting of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) selected Moncton as the venue in March 2006 in Osaka .
