Paul Lonyangata

Paul Kipchumba Lonyangata (born December 12, 1992 ) is a Kenyan long-distance runner who specializes in road running.
2010 won bronze over 10,000 m at the World Junior Athletics Championships in Moncton .
In 2012 he was fifth in the Berlin half marathon and second in the Corribianco and the Philadelphia half marathon .
In 2013, on his debut over the 42.195 km distance, he finished second in the Xiamen Marathon in 2:07:44 h. A fourth place in the Luanda half marathon was followed by a victory in the Lisbon marathon in 2:09:46 h.
The following year he finished eighth in the RAK Half Marathon , ninth in the Boston Marathon , fifth in Luanda and second in the Honolulu Marathon .
In 2015 he came fifth in the Copenhagen half marathon and set a course record in the Shanghai marathon with 2:07:14 hours.
