Wera Wiktorowna Rudakowa ( Russian Вера Викторовна Рудакова , internationally based on English transcription Vera Rudakova ; born March 20, 1992 ) is a Russian athlete who specializes in the hurdles over 400 m .

Career

In addition to three national championship titles - 2016, 2018, 2019 - Wera Rudakowa has won several international successes. In 2009 she went gold at the World Youth Championships in Brixen, Italy, with 57.83 s, before only days later she took first place again at the European Summer Youth Olympic Festival in Tampere, Finland, with 58.01 s. In 2010, Rudakowa continued her gold series at the Junior World Championships in Moncton , Canada, with 57.16 s run - Belarusian Kazjaryna Arzjuch , who initially came first with 56.16 s, was subsequently disqualified from the run because of doping . In Tallinn , Estonia , Rudakowa was enough in 2011 at the Junior European Championships 57.24 s to secure the gold medal ahead of the two French women Aurélie Chaboudez (57.35 s) and Maëva Contion (58.03 s). At the U23 European Championships 2013 in Tampere, Finland, going to the start, Rudakowa helped 55.92 s to the last gold win so far.

At the 2019 Military World Games in Wuhan , China , Rudakowa took bronze with 55.66 s, behind Ukrainian Hanna Ryschykowa (55.23 s) under Bahraini Aminat Jamal (55.12 s).
