The European Olympic Youth Festival 2009 ( European Youth Olympic Summer Festival 2009 ), found from 19 to 24 July 2009 Tampere ( Finland instead). It was the ninth winter edition of the European Youth Olympic Festival , a biennial multisport event for young athletes from Europe. Mascot of the event was to the name Finx baptized Eurasian lynx . The most successful nation was Russia with 36 medals won.

- Streets of Tampere (cycling)
