Michel Guillaume

Michel Guillaume (born January 18, 1967 in Munich ) is a German actor and director .

Life

Michel Guillaume played on television as a teenager . At the age of 14 he took on a small role in the ZDF television film Leutersbronn Stories , directed by Hartmut Griesmayr and the leading actress Monica Bleibtreu . After his school education, Guillaume completed an acting training in Munich. He then began his career in Max Frisch's play Andorra , in which he played Andri . Between 1988 and 1992 Guillaume played, among other things, in the Edgar Reitz film The Second Home - Chronicle of a Youth . In 1990 he starred in Michael Verhoeven's Oscar- nominated film The Terrible Girl . He then went on tour in the role of Octavian with Julius Caesar under the direction of Hans-Joachim Heyse .

From 1993 to 2017, Michel Guillaume was one of the leading actors in the ZDF crime series SOKO Munich in the role of Chief Detective Theo Renner . With a total of 480 appearances (469 episodes SOKO + 11 episodes solo for Sudmann ) he set the record for the number of episodes of all German TV investigators with this character.

In 2005 Guillaume Schmock filmed a short fiction film with Oliver Korittke and Doreen Dietel in the leading roles. Guillaume wrote the script for this, produced the film and directed it. In 2006 the film received the Murnau Short Film Award and in 2005 it was awarded the title “ Particularly valuable ”. The actor shot his second short film Stempel in 2010. Fuck , his third short film with Manou Lubowski and Sarah Brandner in the leading roles, premiered at the 2015 Genrenale in Berlin.

Michel Guillaume lives in Munich. In 2014 he married the ORF journalist Georgia Schultze .
