Michel Armand Alexis Jean Pansard (born July 16, 1955 in Rennes ) is a French clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of Evry-Corbeil-Essonnes .

Life

Michel Pansard was ordained a priest on June 19, 1982 . He was mainly active in the formation of priests.

Pope Benedict XVI appointed him Bishop of Chartres on December 21, 2005 . The Archbishop of Tours , Bernard-Nicolas Aubertin Jean-Marie OCist , donated to him on 5 February of the next year in the Gothic cathedral of Chartres , the episcopal ordination ; Co- consecrators were François Joseph Pierre Deniau , Bishop of Nevers , and Gérard Antoine Léopold Daucourt , Bishop of Nanterre .

Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Evry-Corbeil-Essonnes on August 1, 2017 . The inauguration took place on October 1 of the same year.
