This discography is an overview of the musical works of the Australian band Midnight Oil . It includes all official publications of the music group. The band released eleven studio albums and two live albums from 1978 until shortly before their breakup in 2002. In the course of her almost 30-year career, 39 singles and 35 music videos have been released. Even after the official breakup, compilations , live albums and video albums were released.

While the band remained consistently successful in their native Australia and New Zealand , they reached their commercial peak in Europe and North America in the late 1980s and early 1990s. The albums Diesel and Dust (1989), Blue Sky Mining (1990), Scream in Blue: Live (1992), Earth and Sun and Moon (1993) and Breathe (1996) as well as the singles Beds Are Burning (1987) and were successful Blue Sky Mine (1990).
