Miguel A. Nunez Junior

Miguel A. Nunez junior (born August 11, 1964 in New York City , New York ), also known as Miguel Nucey junior , is an American actor , screenwriter and film producer .

Life

Nunez Junior was born in New York, the second of eight children. However, he grew up with his grandparents in Wilson, North Carolina , North Carolina , as his mother, songwriter Betty Newsome , who wrote the hit It's a Man's Man's Man's World for James Brown in 1966 , was constantly on the move in show business . He was named after his father, about whom he knew nothing more than his name. He attended high school there and then moved to Los Angeles with $ 127 in his pocket to become an actor. However, his hopes were initially not fulfilled, so that he had to stay afloat for five years with odd jobs. In the 1980s he got smaller roles in the background and was seen, for example, in Automan , The Twilight Zone , Amen or in supporting roles in Joy of Sex , Friday the 13th: A New Beginning and The Return of the Living Dead . In the late 1980s he mostly played background characters and in the 1990s he added more important supporting roles. In 2002 he got the lead role in the basketball comedy Juwanna Mann . In Los Angeles, he also supports the homeless in the “Union Rescue Mission” with his “Sparks of Hope” project.

Prior to his acting career, he worked as a doctoral assistant for the NBA basketball team Los Angeles Lakers . He has been married since 1994 and has two daughters.
