action

Professor Sherman Klump is working on what is known as the Fountain of Youth, which is supposed to ensure eternal youth. He wants to marry his colleague Denise Gaines. During the celebration, Buddy Love, known from the previous film, reappears. Klump then examines Love's DNA in his laboratory .

Love steals the formula of youth from the professor in order to sell it. He adds other chemicals to the rest of the substance. When Klump wants to demonstrate the effect of the drug to the Dean Richmond, the test animal grows quickly and attacks Richmond. Richmond sacked Klump.

Klump suffers from brain damage. Love's DNA is supposed to cure him of it.

Love is destroyed by Sherman Klump by turning him into a shapeless mass. The mass falls into a well. The present Gaines got the idea that Klump could drink the water with Love's DNA from the well; this heals his brain damage. In the end, Klump and Gaines get married.
