Career

society

After his first season in 2007 as a professional at Club Sol de América, Miguel moved to Club Libertad in 2008 and became a top performer in the first season there.

For the 2014 season he moved to Cruzeiro EC on loan for a year. The commitment was made by the club based on Miguel's experience in international club competitions. The background to this is Cruzeiro's win of the Brazilian championship in 2013 and thus eligibility for the Copa Libertadores 2014 . After the season and the successful title defense by Cruzeiro, the player left the club.

On December 16, 2014, the Club América from Mexico announced the signing of Samudio. In his very first season he was Mexican champion and winner of the CONCACAF Champions League 2014/15 with the club . He stayed with the club until the end of 2017, when he moved to the Querétaro Fútbol Club within Mexico .

After his contract expired, Samudio returned to his homeland in July 2019. He signed a contract with Club Olimpia .

In 2009 the player was nominated for the national team for the first time and has been a regular since then.
