Milan Lach SJ (born November 18, 1973 in Kežmarok , Czechoslovakia ) is a Slovak religious and bishop of the Parma Eparchy in the United States.

Life

Milan Lach joined the Congregation of the Jesuits in. He was on 11 November 2000 by the Apostolic Exarch of Košice , Milan Chautur CSsR , the deacon ordained. On July 1, 2001, Lach received the sacrament of ordination through Bishop Milan Chautur CSsR .

On 19 April 2013 it appointed Pope Francis to the titular bishop of Ostracine and ordered him to auxiliary bishop in the archeparchy Prešov . The episcopal ordination received his 1 June 2013 Ján Babjak , Archbishop of Prešov. Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Košice, Milan Chautur CSsR, and the Bishop of Bratislava , Peter Rusnák .

On June 24, 2017, Pope Francis appointed him Apostolic Administrator of the vacant Eparchy Parma of the Ruthenian Greek Catholic Church in the United States. The inauguration took place on July 21 of the same year. On June 1, 2018, the Pope appointed him Diocesan Bishop of the Parma Eparchy.
