career

Reljić played in Yugoslavia for Dinamo Pančevo and in Portugal for FC Porto . He then moved to Germany and still played for VfL Heppenheim and SG Dietzenbach.

The qualified sports teacher, who has had the Trainer A license since 1987, began his coaching career in 1976 in Dietzenbach and had to contest the qualifying game for participation in the DHB Cup 1976 with his team . After a 22:19 win against TSG Haßloch , the final was followed by a narrow 12-13 defeat against TSV Grün-Weiß Dankersen. This was followed by the stations VTB Altjührden , TuS Griesheim , again Dietzenbach and again Griesheim, until he was drawn to TV Zofingen in Switzerland . After his release, he moved directly to SC Saargold Lisdorf , with whom he was able to secure relegation in the 2nd Bundesliga . In the following year, however, relegation followed and Reljić moved to Bundesliga club TSV Grün-Weiß Dankersen in 1985. After seven defeats in their first seven games of the season but was sacked in October and moved in Minden for women's second division TuS Eintracht Minden , which he led to the league. Then he trained TV Groß-Rohrheim, TV Gelnhausen and the women of DJK Schwarz-Weiß Wiesbaden , with whom he narrowly missed promotion to the Bundesliga. By moving to TSV Bayer 04 Leverkusen he was still represented in the top division in the following season. Reljić was released in March 1992. After an engagement at SC Cottbus , he was employed in 2001 by second division HC Empor Rostock . In January 2003 the club separated from him. In January 2011 he took over TV Groß-Rohrheim for the second time for a few months and in November 2011 for two games for the Austrian women's first division club SSV Dornbirn Schoren .

In the meantime he was also a trainer at the handball performance center Bergstrasse.

Reljić is married to a German woman and has two children. In the 2013/14 season he was also the athletics coach for the basketball team at VfL Bensheim.
