Mirosław Michał Baka (born December 15, 1963 in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski ) is a Polish actor .

Life

Baka made his film debut in 1987 under director Krzysztof Kieślowski in the lead role in his Decalogue, Five , which was released under the title A Short Film About Killing when he was still a drama student at the Wroclaw Drama School . In 1989 he graduated with a diploma. After graduating from drama school, he was employed at the Teatr Wybrzeże in Gdansk . He works here to this day. The multiple award-winning theater actor has not been able to build on the success of his first role in film.

In 2010 he became a member of the Akademie der Künste in Berlin .
