action

Avinash Singh Rathore lives an inconspicuous life as a government official in New Delhi. But he leads a double life, under the code name "Tiger". He is India's top spy and an officer in the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW). While on a mission in northern Iraq, Tiger is forced to kill one of his own men who brought information to the Pakistani intelligence agency, Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI). On his flight from Iraq, Tiger kills many ISI agents. Tiger returns to India and reports the events to his boss, Shenoy. He is immediately sent on a mission to Dublin to observe a scientist of Indian descent, Professor Anwar Jamaal Kidw, who teaches at Trinity College. It is believed that he shares his findings with the Pakistan Defense. Gopi accompanies Tiger on this mission. Tiger meets the scientist, but cannot spend enough time with him for his observations. Instead, he spends time with the scientist's housekeeper, Zoya, who is studying at a dance academy. He tries to befriend Zoya for information, but begins to discover his human side as he gets to know her better. Tiger is attacked and his apartment is robbed. The suspicion lies in one of the ISI agents. Gopi keeps warning Tiger not to fall in love with Zoya, but he does it anyway. When he is about to reveal his feelings to Zoya, Tiger discovers that Zoya is an ISI agent, but he refuses to reveal her. Instead of killing Zoya, he lets her go. Some time later, Tiger and Zoya meet at a UN Foreign Ministers meeting in Istanbul. Zoya sends him cryptic messages. Both decide to give up everything for their love and deceive their respective secret services by telling them that they are going to Kazakhstan, but are actually flying to Cuba. A few years later, both secret services Zoya and Tiger follow to Cuba. Zoya is caught and captured by ISI agents. Tiger meets Gopi, who is looking for him for his secret service. Tiger lies to Gopi by saying that both he and Zoya intend to return to India and cooperate with RAW. Instead of returning to India, however, the two get on another plane and flee. Tiger calls Shenoy, who tells him that RAW will find both spies. Tiger tells Shenoy that they won't be returning until Pakistan and India no longer need ISI and RAW. They travel the world together, including Venice, Cape Town, Zurich and London, but neither of the two secret services was able to catch them.
