Aditya Chopra

Aditya Chopra ( Hindi आदित्य चोपड़ा Āditya Copṛā ; born May 21, 1971 ) is an Indian director , screenwriter and producer . He is the son of Yash Chopra and brother of the actor Uday Chopra . He runs the production company of his father, Yash Raj Films .

Life

Aditya Chopra was married to Payal Chopra for eight years. Most of his inspiration came from his father.

He has been married to actress Rani Mukerji since April 21, 2014 . The ceremony took place in close family and friends in Italy.

Despite his great success in the film industry, Aditya Chopra remained extremely media-shy and there were constant reports of his alleged social anxiety disorder and / or antisocial personality disorder .

In 2018 he was appointed to the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences for his work as a producer , which awards the Oscars every year.
