Mohammed Ayoub Tiouali (born May 26, 1991 ) is a Bahraini middle-distance runner of Moroccan origin who has been eligible to compete in Bahrain since 2014.

Athletic career

Mohammed Tiouali gained his first international experience at the 2015 Asian Championships in Wuhan , where he won the silver medal in the 1,500 meter run behind the Katari Mohamad al-Garni in 3: 42.43 minutes . In October he finished fourth in the Military World Games in Mungyeon, South Korea, in 3: 45.988 minutes. In 2018 he took part in the Asian Games in Jakarta for the first time and won the bronze medal there in 3: 45.88 minutes behind the Indian Jinson Johnson and Amir Moradi from Iran. The following year he was fourth over 1500 meters and sixth over 800 meters at the Arab Championships in Cairo . Two weeks later he finished fourth over 1500 meters at the Asian Championships in Doha in 3: 44.07 minutes and could not finish his 800 meter run.

Tiouali graduated from the Mohammed V University in Rabat .
