Monika Pogladič (born April 5, 1987 in Slovenj Gradec ) is a former Slovenian ski jumper .

Career

Pogladič, who started for the SSK Ljubno BTC club , made her international debut in 2003 at an FIS jumping competition in Planica , where she finished eleventh. On July 23, 2004, she made her debut in the Ski Jumping Continental Cup in Park City . She immediately reached third place and thus a place on the podium. At the Winter Universiade 2005 in Innsbruck she won the silver medal on the normal hill. On February 12, 2005, she was able to win her only Continental Cup win on the Großer Ruhesteinschanze in Baiersbronn . She finished the 2004/05 Continental Cup season in 7th place overall. She has not been able to achieve these achievements since then. She completed her last Continental Cup competition on February 6, 2007 in Ljubno, home .

Monika Pogladič was trained by Matjaž Debelak and now lives in Mislinja .
