Moritz Heger

Moritz Heger (born April 24, 1971 in Stuttgart ) is a German writer .

Life

Heger studied fine arts in Saarbrücken from 1991 to 1992 and then from 1992 to 1999 German , Protestant theology , pedagogy and theater studies in Mainz . He finished his studies with a Magister Artium and the first state examination . From 1989 to 1997 he headed the youth theater group "TüTe" in Mainz. Today he lives as a high school teacher for German and Protestant religion in Stuttgart. From 2004 to 2011 he also directed the theater group “Die Bordratten” at the Evangelisches Heidehof-Gymnasium Stuttgart , which worked with texts he had written.

Moritz Heger has won several literary prizes . In 2008 his first novel In den Schnee was published by the Salzburger Verlag Jung und Jung .
